Thermometer probe is encased in a glycol-filled bottle and stored in a fixed box on the center shelf. This is the ideal way to produce temperature readings closest to stored contents, as recommended by the CDC and VFC's guidelines

DESCRIPTION
Accucold's low temperature laboratory series includes a range of chest freezers capable of operating at -30º C (-22º F). The VT103 is a manual defrost chest freezer with 10 cu.ft. of storage capacity designed to store laboratory and institutional materials at -30ºC. It includes a digital thermostat and high/low temperature alarm with an external temperature readout, calibrated to NIST standards in our ISO/IEC 17025:2017 certified laboratory. We include a 2-year certificate of calibration for your records, as well as the option of re-calibrating your temperature probe at the time of its expiration. This freezer comes in a white finish with stainless steel bumpers pre-installed on the front corners for added protection in high traffic settings. The counterbalanced hinges allow you to keep the lid open when loading and unloading, with an easy grab handle and keyed lock included. The hammered aluminum interior includes two wire storage baskets. Additional sizes in our -30ºC series are available, as well as lower temperature options. Our in home delivery option includes delivery of the order to the customers room of choice (Including up to 2 flights of stairs). This option does not include unpacking or installation of the appliance or appliances.
Shipment processing time:
Most orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Usually that doesn't include weekends and holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking:
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 72 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes:
